You will always hear me say 'you take yourself where ever you go'. And it's important that we nurture healthy emotions. In all my own life's struggles, the one thing that has always gotten me through to ease the pain and keep life in perspective has been by practising gratitude. When I feel thankful for what I already have in life, my anxiety eases and I become more receptive to all that's good.
I encourage everyone to do this delightful ritual every day and start counting your lucky stars. One of the best self care things you can do for yourself.
